When you are trying to get your vitamins and minerals, I always suggest getting them from food. Sometimes this is not possible. Magnesium is quite the powerhouse worker in your body. It is a natural sedative that helps relax muscles. When I am planning a heavy night of lucid dreaming I will take a magnesium Chloride bath before going to bed. Along with my Lucid Dreaming smoothie.
