1/4 cup Aztec Secret – Indian Healing Clay
1/4 Cup Himalayan Salt (Sea Salt is my second choice)
1/4 Cup Magnesium Flakes ( Epsom salt is my second choice)
1/4 cup baking soda
1/3 cup Bragg’s apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon of skinned grated fresh ginger
10 drops Favorite essential oil. ( I use Eden Garden lavender)

Directions:

  1. Fill the tub up with hot water ( make is very hot)
  2. Put the Aztec clay in the water 3 minutes before you get in.
  3. While you are waiting, fill a large gallon jar with hot water and combine the Himalayan Salt, Magnesium Flakes and baking soda. Mix well. Pour into hot bath
  4. Add apple cider vinegar and ginger to bath

What to know:

I suggest having a large glass of water to drink. You will sweat for about 15-20 minutes. I suggest having a small towel to wipe your face. You want to stay in at least 45 minutes. The body will release for 30 minutes then when the water cools down, it will absorb the magnesium. The clay will absorb all the toxins.
