- 1-2 tablespoon organic grass-fed unsalted butter or Ghee Ghee is free of lactose and casein protein

- 1/4 teaspoon organic vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon cacao powder raw organic
- 1 teaspoon raw organic honey
Instructions

Make your cup of HOT coffee. I use a French Press. Once you use one, you will never go back.

Add grass-fed butter or ghee. Add 1-2 tablespoons of grass-fed, unsalted butter or grass-fed ghee. Make sure your butter is unsalted.
